During the one- to two-hour prenatal visits at 25 and 36 weeks, we will discuss your birth map, questions and concerns, labor positions and comfort measures, postpartum healing, standard care provider procedures, and more.

On-call labor support via text or phone call will begin two weeks prior to your due date or, if you have chosen to be induced, support will begin the day of the scheduled induction. In-person support will begin during active labor and will continue up to three (3) hours following.

Postpartum Support

Immediate postpartum support will include encouragement and tips for initial breastfeeding as well as aiding with postpartum comfort.

A four-hour home visit within the first week postpartum and another within the six (6) weeks following birth is strongly encouraged but can be scheduled based on your preferences and needs.

During our two in-person postpartum visits, we will discuss your birth, and I will provide encouragement for breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and newborn care, as well as tips for postpartum healing and comfort.

Practical support may include help with household tasks such as dishes, laundry, and pre-prepared meals.

Additional postpartum support at any time prior to, within, or after the six weeks following birth may be scheduled at $30/hour in four-hour brackets. Prenatal meal preparation aid is also available at $30/hour.

Postpartum virtual support via text, phone call or video call will be available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for up to six (6) weeks post-birth.

This package is available for $1,000 including a $350 retainer fee.
